The petitioner has sought to be released on bail in case pending trial against him for the offence of double murder and robbery. The victims were mother and daughter and robbed articles were allegedly recovered from the petitioner. The case of prosecution is based on circumstantial evidence including evidence of „last seen‟. The evidence of „last seen‟ is in the form of CCTV footage depicting entry of the petitioner into the flat and also in the form of testimony of a compounder, already examined as PW-6. 3.
