The present petition raises a grievance as regards the unauthorised construction on the property bearing no. 3159, 3159/1, Kucha Tara Chand, Faiz Road, Darya Ganj, New Delhi- 110002, ad measuring 100 Sq. Yds. 4.

Learned counsel for the MCD who appears on advance notice submits that the said property has been inspected by the MCD, and no construction is found to being carried out ; only old/pre-existing structure is stated to have been removed. It is further submitted that the owners/occupiers of the property have been directed not to raise any fresh structure without the appropriate approval/sanction.
