O R D E R

% 21.04.2016 Present is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 inter alia seeking a direction to the appropriate authorities to scrupulously implement the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 particularly in view of the circumstance that there is a blatant increase in the instances of minors driving motor vehicles without valid licences.

Mr. Rakesh Sachdeva, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the DCP (East Zone), Delhi with a representation in this behalf in the first instance.
