Counsel for the Petitioner, after making some submissions, on instructions, states that the Petitioner shall surrender before the Trial Court on 28th February, 2025 and request for interim protection till then. 6.

The aforenoted statement is taken on record and shall bind the Petitioner.

In view of the above, the present application is disposed of. 8.

Till 28th February, 2025, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner.
