The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashing of the Look Out Circular (LOC) opened against the Petitioner. 2.

It is stated that the Look Out Circular (LOC) was opened against the Petitioner on the ground that the Petitioner was facing a contempt in CONT.CAS(C) 833/2023. It is stated that against the Order dated 06.07.2023 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CONT.CAS(C) The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 833/2023 sentencing the Petitioner for contempt, the Petitioner moved the Apex Court by filing a Civil Appeal No(s). 4711/2023 and the Apex Court by Order dated 22.01.2024 has set aside the Order dated 06.07.2023. 3.

In view of the above, the reason for opening the Look Out Circular (LOC) against the Petitioner no longer survives. 4.

Resultantly, the writ petition is allowed and Look Out Circular (LOC) opened against the Petitioner is quashed. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
