Applicant seeks regular bail in case arising out of FIR No.0260/2022 dated 11.11.2022, registered at P.S. Crime Branch, Delhi, for commission of offences under Sections 274/275/276/420/468/471/120B/34 IPC. 2.
There was a secret information with Crime Branch that Dr. Pabitra Pradhan alongwith his associates, was indulging in manufacturing and selling of spurious medicines to patient suffering from cancer. 3.
On the basis of such information, a team was constituted and one scooty was intercepted which was being driven by Pankaj Singh Bohra. When his bag was checked, 19 cartoons of Tagrisso tablets and one another packet, containing medicines and huge quantity of fake medicines, were recovered. These were taken into possession. were spurious and also gave location of the godown and, thereafter, another team of the Crime Branch apprehended other accused persons including Dr. Pabitra Narayan Pradhan from other premises from where huge quantity of fake medicines were recovered.

As far as Dr. Pradhan is concerned, he continues to be in custody. 5.
There are, however, in all 14 accused persons and 11 accused persons have already been bailed out.

The applicant herein is stated to be an employee of Dr. Pradhan and since he allegedly, absconded during the investigation, he was declared 'Proclaimed Person' and was eventually arrested on 20.05.2025 and is in continuous incarceration since then.

Two other employees of Dr. Pradhan have already been enlarged on bail.

The trial has yet not began as charges have not been ascertained. 9.
The Nominal Roll of the applicant has been received which indicates his age as 32 years, with no other involvement of any nature whatsoever and his overall jail conduct as satisfactory.

Keeping in mind the overall facts and circumstances of the case, albeit, without expressing any opinion over the merits of the case, the applicant is, hereby, directed to be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in a sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of like amount, subject to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court/CJM/Duty Magistrate Judicial Magistrate First Class with the following conditions: - i.
Surety shall be local.
ii.

operational and functional till disposal of the case. iii.
Applicant would appear before the learned Trial Court on each and every date of hearing unless he is exempted from personal appearance on the basis any application moved in advance. 11.
