On the previous date, I had, broadly, captured the case of the petitioners.

Mr. Pramod Gupta, who appears for respondent No.1 school says that de hors his arguments on merits, he has received instructions that respondent No.1 school would admit the petitioners in Grade-III. 3.

For this purpose, the petitioners would be present themselves along with their parents at the office of Principal of respondent No.1 school on 3.2.2020 at 11.00 a.m.

Needless to add, the petitioners' parents will fulfil the requisite formalities for the purpose of being enrolled with respondent No.1 school. 5.

The captioned writ petition is disposed of in the aforementioned terms.
