Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 22.01.2026 whereby he was declined permission to go abroad i.e. Qatar.

Mr. S.D. Singh, learned counsel for petitioner submits that since the situation in the Gulf Countries is still not good enough, at the moment, he does not press the present petition. He, however, seeks liberty to file the petition afresh once the situation in the Gulf Countries normalizes. 3.

Present petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. 4.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
