1. Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, learned counsel for the Petitioner, states on instructions that he wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) urgently with an application offering to pay 25% of the balance amount of Rupees One crore Twenty lakhs claimed by the Respondent Bank.

2. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The applications are also disposed of.
