The present writ petition was disposed of on 04.03.2025 as the matter had been amicably resolved and, consequently, the petitioner had not pressed the writ petition in question.

The present application has now been moved by the learned counsel for respondent no. 1/Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) with request that on that on the abovesaid date, they had appeared before this Court through video conferencing but due to some inadvertence, their such appearance is not recorded in the order.

The application is duly supported with an affidavit of Mr. Rahul Kumar, Advocate.
