The learned counsel for the complainant, on instructions, submits that the complainant does not wish to pursue any proceedings against the petitioner. She submits that she has no objection if the petitioner is deleted from the array of the parties. 2.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of directing that the proceedings against the petitioner are quashed and the name of the petitioner be deleted from the array of the parties.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, and the complaint filed by the complainant against the other accused persons may continue in accordance with the law.
