% 10.01.2020 1.
This is a petition filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, impugning the order dated 6.11.2019 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Mahila Court, Rohini Court, Delhi in CC No.13633/2018 titled Priyanka Dhawan v. Navdeep Dhawan & Ors.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main grievance of the petitioner is that the Trial Court should have passed an order on the interim application of the petitioner for the grant of interim maintenance on or before the next date of hearing fixed before the Trial Court, i.e., 12.2.2020. 3.
It is the right of every litigant to get justice at the earliest and for that reason, the Court should make all endeavours to expedite the proceedings.
4.
Accordingly, in view of the facts of the present case, the Trial Court is directed to make all endeavours to expedite the proceedings and pronounce the order on the interim application of the petitioner for the grant of interim maintenance, if any, as per law on or before the next date fixed before it, i.e., 12.2.2020.
5.
In view of the aforesaid directions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. 6.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications are also dismissed.
7.
A copy of this order be sent to the Trial Court and also be given dasti.
