2. This is an appeal against an order dated 4th December, 2018 passed by the learned Single Judge in Execution Petition No.488/2014, requiring the present Appellant to deposit within four weeks from the said order, a sum of Rs.41,09,87,249/-. Following a judgment of the Supreme Court delivered on 23rd February, 2018 in Civil Appeal No.460/2018 which was delivered almost a year ago, the sum became payable, giving the present Appellant sufficient time to make arrangements.

3. In the circumstances, the refusal by the learned Single Judge to grant further time to the Appellant to make the payment appears to be justified.

4. The appeal and the application are accordingly dismissed. No costs. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
