Learned counsel for the petitioner has urged that vide order dated 16.07.2024, this Court directed respondent No. 1/Union Bank of India through its concerned Branch Manager, to de-freeze his bank account running at Chandra Nagar, East Delhi Branch. However, it is submitted that inadvertently, a wrong account number has been mentioned in the operative part of the order. 5.
Mr. Santosh Kumar Rout and Ms. Dharna Veragi, learned counsels for respondent No.1 are present on advance notice. There being a typographical mistake, the present application is allowed. The earlier order dated 16.07.2024 is modified to the effect that it would reflect the current account number of the petitioner viz. 532701010034566, which be de-frozen in favour of the petitioner forthwith.
