By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 97/2021 dated 10.04.2021, registered at Police Station Maidan Garhi, District South, New Delhi, under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The status report handed over by Ms. Manjeet Arya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, is taken on record. 3.

After some arguments, Mr. Nizamuddin, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application, with liberty to the applicant to move the Sessions Court at the appropriate stage. 5.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any comment on the merits of the case or on any proposed application before the learned Sessions Court, which may be considered by the learned Sessions Court in accordance with law.
