By way of this application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 371/2025 dated 28.06.2025, registered at P.S.

Jait Pur, District South-East, New Delhi, under Sections 318/316/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

In view of the fact that an earlier application seeking anticipatory bail [BAIL APPLN. 661/2026] was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 13.02.2026, passed by this Court, Ms. Sakshi Jain, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application, without prejudice to the right of the applicant to approach the learned Sessions Court for appropriate relief.

The bail application, alongwith pending applications, stands dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the above submission. 4.
