The parties have amicably resolved their disputes through mediation. The terms of the settlement are recorded in settlement agreement dated 15th October, 2018. The settlement agreement dated 15th October, 2018 is marked as Ex.C-1.

The settlement between the parties is lawful and is recorded. The suit is decreed in terms of settlement agreement dated 15th October, 2018. Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement recorded in the Ex.C-1.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks refund of the Court fees. Since the suit has been resolved through mediation, the Registry shall issue the necessary certificate to the plaintiff for refund of the Court fees under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act.

Pending application disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
