By virtue of the present application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in proceedings arising out of FIR No.14/2022 dated 27.01.2022 registered under Sections 408/420/467/468/471/120B at PS: Economic Offences Wing. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
