Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that in the instant petition, the petitioner has been found to be entitled for actual promotion with effect from 10.06.2008, for the post of Junior Judicial Assistant, whereas, the date of notional promotion has been considered to be 24.04.2008.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, who is appearing through video conferencing, contends that the petitioner confines his relief to the extent of directing the respondents to release the necessary financial benefits accruing from of the date of actual promotion i.e. 10.06.2008. 3.
