The Hon'ble Apex Court by order dated 28.02.2025 passed in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No(s) 7749-7750/2022, noting the settlement between the parties, has directed that all pending criminal proceedings between the parties are declared to have been disposed of.

FIR No.1145/2015, whose quashing is sought by the petitioner in CRL. M.C.2786/2019 and FIR No. 1292/2015 which is subject matter of proceedings in CRL. Court in regard to criminal proceedings between the parties. 3.
