Learned counsels for the both parties state that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per settlement, the learned counsel for the respondent states that he has received a sum of Rs. 11 lacs as full and final settlement of the case and nothing remains to be paid. Learned counsel further states that he has also received the peaceful vacant possession of the property in question.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.

Accordingly, the present appeal along with pending applications stands dismissed as withdrawn as the matter has been settled between the parties.
