% 24.01.2019 Bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on merits vide order dated 17th July, 2018.

Petitioner filed a Special Leave Petition, which was disposed of as withdrawn on 10th December, 2018. Petitioner again filed a bail application, which was withdrawn by the petitioner's counsel on 7th January, 2019. Again present bail application has been filed. No changed circumstances could be pointed out.. It is noted that petitioner is involved in 21 cases. He has already been convicted in two cases. He had even submitted a forged FDR in Court. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, no ground is made out to admit the petitioner on bail. Bail application is

dismissed. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. A.K. PATHAK, J.
