The present application has been filed seeking clarification/modification of the order passed by this Court on 10th March, 2026.

The clarification sought by the petitioner is that no coercive steps be taken by the respondent/ NDMC in terms of the impugned order dated 13th W.P.(C) 2968/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Mr. M.A. Niyazi, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that in terms of the order passed by this Court on 10th March, 2026, the petitioner has submitted the structural safety certificate along with a site plan with the respondent/ NDMC.

Mr. Saurabh Seth, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/ NDMC, confirms that the said documents have been received and the NDMC is in the process of examining the same.

Having heard the counsel for the parties, the order dated 10th March, 2026 is clarified/ modified to the extent that no coercive steps shall be taken by the respondent/ NDMC against the subject property without issuance of a fresh notice to the petitioner.

In the event any adverse order is passed by the respondent/ NDMC against the petitioner, the same shall not be implemented for a period of one

(1) week.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
