The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1/MCD to withdraw the show-cause notice dated 14th January, 2026 and restraining them from taking any coercive steps against the petitioner.

It has been put to the counsel for the petitioner that the present writ petition is premature as it has been filed against a show cause notice and no final order of demolition has been passed till date. Accordingly, counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition while keeping all his rights and remedies open.

The present writ petition, along with the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn while keeping all rights and remedies of the petitioner open.
