A Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking quashing of the FIR No.235/2020 dated 30.06.2020 under Section 307/34 IPC registered at Police Station Govindpuri, in S.C Case No.294/2020 pending in the Court of learned ASJ, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

It is submitted that the matter has been amicably settled in terms of the MOU dated 21.11.2021. The Complainant is present in the Court. 3.

caused by the Petitioner by a knife. It has also been stated in the FIR that earlier about 11⁄2 years ago, the Petitioner had snatched his mobile phone. It is also stated that a little behind him Pappu @ Pager along with 6-7 people of his group and Vipin Sharma were also present. 4.

Considering the nature of the allegations and the multiple stab injuries that were caused to the Complainant, no case is made out for quashing of the FIR.

The Petition is dismissed and accordingly disposed of along with the pending Application(s).
