% 18.03.2019 Present suit has been filed for permanent injunction, rendition of accounts, damages etc.

This Court vide a detailed order dated 24th January, 2019 had restrained the defendants' websites or other platforms through the internet from communicating, hosting, streaming and/or making available for viewing and downloading in any manner the film "Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga" without authorization of the plaintiff.

Today learned counsel for the plaintiff states that she has instructions to withdraw the present suit. She further states that the theatrical release of the aforesaid film is over.
