O R D E R
% 04.02.2019 The petitioner, by this petition, seeks parole for a period of one month to engage a counsel for filing a Special Leave Petition against his conviction.
Parole was declined by the State. The learned counsel for the State opposes the petition on the ground that the petitioner's prior conduct does not inspire confidence when his sentence was earlier suspended by this Court.
His appeal was dismissed; he absconded for one and half years till he was apprehended. It is further stated that the petitioner has eight other pending cases and he was not granted bail due to his unsatisfactory conduct in the jail.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed. NAJMI WAZIRI, J FEBRUARY 04, 2019/b
