Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the mediation proceedings are pending before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi and not before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre and the next date fixed is 19.2.2019.

Meanwhile, till the next date of hearing, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner, in view of the mediation proceedings pending between the parties. However, the petitioner shall cooperate and join the investigation, as and when he is directed in writing, by the Investigation Officer.
