O R D E R

The present petitions have been filed seeking grant of anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 38/2023 under Sections 376(D)/377/363/506 IPC & 6 POCSO Act registered at PS Ghazipur.

This Court vide order dated 20.03.2023 had granted interim protection to the petitioners subject to their joining investigation as and when required by the IO.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have joined investigation as and when they were called upon by the IO concerned, which position is not disputed by the learned APP, on instructions from the IO, who is present in Court. The learned APP, on instructions, further submits that the petitioners are not required for any further investigation.

Considering that the petitioners have joined the investigation as and when asked by the IO concerned and the petitioners are not required for any further investigation, it is directed that in the event of petitioners' arrest they The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
shall be released on bail subject to their furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer, further subject to the condition that they will join investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer concerned.
