The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, read with Section 151 of the CPC, 1908, seeks following prayers:- "a) Direct the Ld. Family Court, North-East, Rohini Courts, Delhi, to expedite the hearing, adjudication and disposal of the Execution Petition under Order XXI Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, read with Section 25(1) of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, titled "Deepak Relhan vs. Neha Relhan", bearing Ex. No. 03 of 2026; And/or b) Pass such other and further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."
