% 16.10.2024 1.
The petitioner is unrepresented when the matter is taken up for hearing. As the petitioner was unrepresented on 02.08.2023, the Court directed to issue Court notice to the petitioner, and to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Notice has returned unserved, stating that the petitioner-company is not at the address mentioned in the memo of parties, and that the learned counsel on record has also refused service, stating that he is no longer the counsel for the petitioner. 2.
In these circumstances, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present writ petition. 3.
The petition, alongwith the pending application, is therefore dismissed in default.
