% 14.08.2019 Learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a demand draft for `23,000/- to the counsel for the petitioner and states that this shall satisfy the arrears of maintenance in terms of the undertaking dated March 13, 2015 till January 2019, when the son had attained majority. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he shall not press the contempt petition.

The contempt petition is closed.
