The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS") on behalf of the petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No. 417/2024 dated 11.07.2024 registered under Section 109(1)/115/126/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ("BNS") and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Begumpur, Delhi.
