Mr. Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 appears on advance notice and submits that the respondent no.1 is an institution falling under the Schedule to Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 and as such, the present being a service matter, the Central Administrative Tribunal would have the appropriate jurisdiction to decide the lis.
