The petitioners have filed the present petition praying that the FIR No.0003/2019 under Sections 452/380/427/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) registered at PS Sarai Rohilla, North Delhi, be quashed. 2.

The petitioners and respondent no.2 (Smt Archana Yadav) had entered into a Memorandum of Settlement dated 17.01.2019. In terms of the said settlement, the petitioners had agreed to pay a sum of ₹5 lakhs to respondent no.2 in full and final settlement of her claims. Respondent no.2 acknowledges that the said amount has been received by her. She further states that she does not wish to pursue the complaint filed by her and the FIR be quashed.

The petitioners are identified by his counsel and respondent no.2 is

identified by the Investigating Officer.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the FIR No.0003/2019 under Sections 452/380/427/506/34 of the IPC registered with PS Sarai Rohilla, North Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
