Mr. Bansal, Standing Counsel for respondent no.2 has returned with instructions.

He says that a decision has been taken by respondent no.2/NTA, after seeking inputs from the expert committee, that the marks for question no.63 (ID No.38386229823) and question no.70 (ID No.38386229820) would be accorded to the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner says that, if, marks are given to the petitioner against the aforementioned questions, then, the petitioner's grievance would be met.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2/NTA to recalculate the marks of the petitioner and convey the same to him. A fresh marksheet will be issued in that behalf. The recalculated marks will be uploaded by respondent no.2/NTA on its web-portal within one week of receipt of a copy of the order.
