% 24.01.2019 On 02.11.2018 this Court had granted custody bail to the petitioner to attend to his ailing mother for medication consultation at All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) and she is now required to undergo an angiography test at the said Institute. The Trial Court has already granted him custody bail. His wife is otherwise his pairokar and is stated to be attending to his mother.

In the circumstances, the petitioner does not press the application, with liberty to move an appropriate application, should other exigency so warrant.

The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
