The present petition seeks quashing of FIR No. 374/2022 dated 04.02.2022 registered at P.S. Mangol Puri, Delhi, under Sections 376/506 IPC for the reason that no offence is made out. However, at the very outset, Ms. Vishalakshi Goel, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that judgment has already been pronounced on 27.11.2025 and the accused has already been acquitted of all the charges and in view of the abovesaid pronouncement and decision, the present petition does not survive anymore. 2.

In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of, as having become infructuous.
