By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner seeks the following prayers:- "i. direct the respondent no. 1 to provide necessary protection to the petitioner;
ii. direct the respondent no. 1 to take appropriate legal action against the respondents no. 2 to 8."

Learned ASC for State accepts notice and submits that a complaint has been received against the present petitioner.
