Writ Petition (Crl.) Under article 226 of the constitution of india, read with section 482 cr.p.c. Seeking issuance of writ or writs in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, remedy or directions, directing respondent no. 1 and 2 to ensure fair, prompt and impartial investigation to bring truth without being guided by the accused and proceed to investigate expeditiously as per · law and for other directions to conduct fair and prompt investigation in the matter IN FIR NO. 613/2023, DATED 03/11/2023, P.S. LAXMI NAGAR.
