% 13.01.2020 The petitioner has filed the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking parole in case FIR No. 109/1999 under Sections 307/34 IPC registered at Police Station Nangloi, on the ground of marriage of his daughter, namely, Mamta.
Status report has been filed on behalf of the State. As per the status report, Mamta is not the daughter of the petitioner, rather she is niece of the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to remain careful in future and not to furnish wrong facts.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
