O R D E R

% 14.03.2019 De hors the challenge to the transfer without notice to the petitioner, Mr. Amit Sharma, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be interested in expeditious disposal of the petition under the Hindu Marriage Act bearing HMA No. 308/2018, pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, North, Rohini. Mr. Nikki Kantawala, the learned counsel for the respondent joins in the request for early disposal of the petition. In the circumstances, the aforementioned Family Court is requested to endeavour to dispose off the petition within six months from the date of receipt of this order.

The learned counsel for the parties submit that they would assist the learned Family Court on every date when the case is listed and shall not request for any adjournment on any ground whatsoever.

The petition is disposed-off in the above terms. A copy of this order be given dasti to the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
