A perusal of the same reveals that, demolition action in part has been taken by the SDMC against the subject property on 25.08.2018. Photographs attached to the status report in this regard have been perused.

In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage. The present petition is disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
