Learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Railways submits that the land, i.e., Dargah No.1, Pul Qutab Road, Sadar Bazar, Delhi, which is subject matter of the present petitions pertains to the Railways. He submits that there are certain civil suits pending before the District Court, Tis Hazari, where Railways, is also a party.

He further submits that requisite action shall be taken by the Railways, in accordance with law, wherever needed. 3.

The aforesaid statement is taken note of.

Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petitions.

The present petitions, along with the pending applications, stand disposed of.
