Heard the learned Counsel for the Parties.

pending Writ Petition, namely, W.P.(C) 3903/2017 wherein the functioning of all the hospitals in Delhi is being monitored and supervised. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, we permit the Petitioner to be impleaded to seek his intervention to the aforesaid Writ Petition. 4.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw Writ Petition with a liberty to seek intervention in W.P.(C) 3903/2017.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
