a. Issue direction to the respondent to de-seal the property C-4B/253, Ground Floor, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058 sealed on dated 26.11.2018 with Order No.EE(B)- II/WZ/SR/2018/442;

On the last date of hearing this Court had directed temporary desealing of the property in question and also granted liberty to the petitioner to approach the Deputy Commissioner (West) of the SDMC with a representation in regard to the permanent de-sealing of the property in question.

It appears that such a representation was made by the petitioner and the same has been rejected by the Deputy Commissioner (West), as stated by Mr. Ram Kumar learned counsel for the SDMC, vide communication dated May 02, 2019.

If that be so, remedy for the petitioner is to challenge the said order in accordance with law.
