The challenge in the present petition arises out of the directions passed in the impugned order dated 18.10.2022 passed by the learned ASJ04 under Section 148 NI Act Saket Courts, New Delhi in C.A. 204229/2016. 2.

It is informed that the matter is now listed for final hearing before the learned Appellate Court tomorrow i.e., 10.09.2024, where the learned counsels have already addressed their respective part submissions. 3.

Mr. Shahid Ali, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused assures that no adjournment would be sought and submissions would be addressed before the learned Appellate Court tomorrow. Learned counsels appearing for the respondent assures that he would also not seek any adjournment on any account. The Appellate Court shall make an endeavour to dispose of the appeal within a period of one month from today. 4.
