O R D E R

% 19.11.2018 This court on 03.09.2015 in these petitions appointed Justice Anil Kumar (Retd.) as a One Man Committee to scrutinize the list of depositors and other claimants and also to take steps enumerated hereinafter with a view to resolve at least some of the disputes that have arisen in these matters.

I am informed that pursuant to the recommendation of the One Man Committee about 13000 depositors have received their part/full amount. It is however stated that in all there are about 70000 depositors. Keeping in view the above, it is obvious that the petitioners should approach One Man Committee for their grievances. Today, none has appeared for the petitioners. Granting leave and

liberty to the petitioners to approach the One Man Committee for scrutiny of their grievances/claims, the present petitions are disposed of. In case, after the findings of the One Man Committee are complete, the petitioners for some reasons are still aggrieved regarding their claims, liberty is granted to them to initiate proceedings as per law including revival of the present petitions, if necessary.

These petitions stand disposed of as above.
