CM(M) 101/2018 and CM APPL.2876-2877/2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead given liberty to move an application under Order VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) for amendment of the written statement to raise issues about the locus standi of the first respondent who has taken over the suit under the cover of order obtained under Order XXII Rule 10 CPC.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted.
