None appears for the plaintiff when the matter is called out. 2.

A perusal of the order sheets reveal that the plaintiff has not been diligent in prosecuting the matter and the appearance on behalf of the plaintiff has not been regular.

There was no appearance on behalf of the plaintiff on 30.10.2023. On 19.12.2023, this Court even vacated the interim order dated 08.02.2021 in so far as it pertains to the property bearing no.M-332, Guru Harkishan Nagar, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.

A perusal of the order sheet dated 21.03.2024 shows that one Ms. Anurita, Advocate appeared on behalf of the plaintiff and submitted that she wishes to file her vakalatnama in the matter as she had been recently engaged. However, according to the learned counsel for the defendant no such vakalatnama has been filed on record.

The order dated 29.04.2024 also shows that none had appeared on behalf of the plaintiff on the said date as well. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the plaintiff when the matter is called out. 6.

In view of the above, the suit is dismissed-in-default. The pending applications are also dismissed.
